Oracle Application Testing Suite OATS 13.3 Tool requires chrome 64-bit, not 32-bit if you have 32 bit chrome and you are trying to inspect path or object spy, Google chrome will be unresponsive. if you have 32 bit installed, take backup of your bookmarks, uninstall and reinstall 64-bit chrome only.
